The Adults Martial Arts Program at Vision Quest Karate offers three outstanding programs. They are:

1. The Kenpo Karate Martial Arts Program. With this program, you rapidly learn self-defense techniques and their application in real life situations. By completing this course, you will learn how to defend yourself, giving you the confidence you need in everyday life.

2. The Kenpo Karate Martial Arts Program. UFC Fighters practice this to help them win professional bouts. Arms and legs, elbows and knees and punching and kicking are developed to unleash your hidden power and speed. This training hones your striking skills.

3. The Submission Grappling Program. This is designed to master grappling skills. UFC Fighters use these techniques. Whether your goal is self-defense or professional competition, this program is realistic and helpful in either case.
