Here are Vision Quest Kenpo Karate, we believe that Martial Arts programs for children should be exciting and full of fun physical activity. With technology like television, movies and video games constantly tempting children into a sedentary lifestyle; finding a fun way for children to exercise and develop physically is more important than ever.

We take our job as children’s Martial Arts instructors seriously and strive to treat each child as an individual. Each child will receive personal attention and will be guided into developing technical Martial Arts skills, general physical fitness and positive character traits.

Our Kid’s Programs Offer Something for Everyone

Any child age four or older can participate here at Vision Quest Kenpo Karate. We place children into classes based on both age and ability to be sure that each child can learn in a safe environment, and develop skills more quickly and easily.

The Many Benefits of Martial Arts Training

Our instructors are highly skilled and dedicated to providing an exciting and safe experience, and teaching our students proper Martial Arts techniques. Children will get into great physical condition while participating in our program and learn important Martial Arts as well as self defense techniques. While we certainly hope our young students will never be faced with any dangerous situations; knowledge of proper self defense techniques can help a child should a dangerous situation arise.

In addition to the physical benefits of our program, we believe that our Martial Arts program is a great platform to develop our young students’ characters. Our instructors emphasize both physical skills as well as important character traits like self-esteem, respect, leadership abilities, discipline, courtesy and perseverance. Our program is both fun and exciting and challenging for our students.

Once your child begins our program, you will begin to see both physical changes and differences in your child’s character. Children who participate in our Children’s Martial Arts program tend to improve academically, socially, physically, mentally and emotionally as a result of the training they receive here at Vision Quest Kenpo Karate.

Your child can take his or her training further by enrolling in one of our other classes like the Kid Safe Workshop or the Bully Proof Workshop. Your child will develop the confidence and strength to stand his or her ground against peer pressure and bullying.
